Dr Basu has a wonderfully calm manner about him, as did his nurse, he explained the procedure and talked about the benefits. The video explained simply what to expect as I was unsure. Dr Basu talked step by step through the treatment which I found very reassuring. Pain free procedure after feeling a little anxious beforehand.

Everything about the procedure was explained very clearly and I was comfortable having it done.

I had my left knee injected with PRP by Dr Basu. The whole experience was very comfortable and Dr Basu was a thorough professional in his bed side manners and his approach during the procedure. He explained everything very clearly and took great time and effort to put me at ease prior to the injection. I felt relaxed and as a result the procedure was much less painful than I anticipated. I cannot thank Dr Basu enough for his time and effort in looking after me and helping me recover for my painful knee.

I needed a second opinion on an MRI scan and, after enquiries with other providers I chose W27 Imaging. From start to finish their process was seamless very professional. Dr Basu’s report was amazingly detailed and very thorough. Highly recommended!
